Emerging Leaders Program

Online or in-person, 12 sessions over 5 months we will co-create a leadership pathway for 12 emerging leaders in your business. The course will deep dive into your departments and organisational governance, introduce leadership concepts and work towards a delivery of a group project.

Workshops

In-person, this full interactive day with up to 20 staff members. We will explore practices and techniques with experiential learning on the principles of leadership focussing on EQ and conscious communications, including leadership concepts, how to have a difficult conversation, how to give and receive feedback, celebration and acknowledgement, how to be more creative, and more.
