Culture is a living, breathing thing. As a leader, ff you’re not creating it intentionally, it is being created unintentionally and that is impacting your business more than you know.

Meet the Team

Jo Lippold
Founder

After studying drama and performance art, Jo found herself back in her home town of London where she embarked on a six year stint agency side in PR, coming up with creative campaign concepts and then collecting, connecting, and sharing the dots as stories. Since moving to Melbourne, Australia in 2012 she has managed restaurants, become a certified coach, volunteered at festivals of ideas, events on kindness, and compassion revolutions. During her four years on the communications team at a chocolate company she also completed her yoga teacher training. Most recently she was on the Executive team of a hospitality group as their Head of Phenomenal Teams. She’s now bringing to life all that she has learned about conscious communication, people & culture, and leadership, integrating all these practices to help support businesses up-level their emotional intelligence and commercial viability. She believes everyone is creative and has a story to not only tell but own. Everything she does she tries to inject a healthy amount of warmth, humour, and tender truth.

Transforming the work place

We spend more time at work than anywhere else, which means that we spend more time with our work colleagues than our family or friends. These relationships shape whether we spend those 8 (+!) hours engaged, happy, and generating good work, or stressed, disconnected and on the way to burnout.

A modern approach

It’s essential that leaders are skilled with high EQ as much as high IQ. That the culture of a work place isn’t reduced to ‘rewards’ but is intimately woven into the fabric of why your business exists and how each person communicates with one another. That everyone feels seen and heard and are contributing to something positive that is larger than themselves.
